One week before the course begins, you'll receive a Zoom link and any pre-course materials by email.
Attend & Earn Credits
Log in each day 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Eastern. Earn your IAAO continuing education credits upon completion.

Assessors Education Society
We exist to make high-quality IAAO education accessible to assessors and appraisers across Michigan and the greater region — entirely online, without sacrificing rigor.
Our courses follow the official IAAO curriculum and are taught by a fully credentialed instructor. Whether you're pursuing your first designation or staying current on continuing education requirements, we have a course for you.
